“I don't even know where to start. This place hits almost every mark on excellence in my opinion. Everything is fresh, clean and freshly renovated. The staff is very kind and extremely professional too. Other than that there is a freshly paved clean parking lot with plenty of parking overflow if needed. Everything on the inside is very clean and sterile in appearance. Fresh paint, brand new flooring, beautiful ordainments and lighting, well laid out store plan. Public restroom and I cannot emphasize enough the cleanliness. It almost seems like you're breathing oxygen scrubbed air even. I am unsure of it but this could be a very good place for somebody that's immunocompromised for this factor alone. Plus it's located in a beautiful little quaint town that has plenty of views and some ma and pa places to go to. There's even a little convenience store right next to this place in case you needed any little snack or necessity.”

My initial interaction includes to two office visits, the first was testing the second was a consultation with the team and surgeon. I'll return in a month or two with a final update but so far my experiences has been fantastic! Great* faculty, front office staff are friendly, helpful and efficient! The location is convenient (about half way between Rt8 and State Rd on Graham Rd in Cuyahoga Falls (North side of the road). I also noticed that the staff employees seemed upbeat and engaged, that's ALWAYS a good sign!<br><br>*Guys, it's been decades since the ADA was passed... Why don't you have automatic doors? (Or can I just not see the push button thingy?)”

“I have been coming here for 6 years now. Dr Martin is wonderful! My husband and I both see him, he is very thorough and ensures that our prescription is exactly what we need. The glasses we have purchased from them have been high quality and always precisely what we ordered. We have provided our own frames and purchased frames directly through them and received equal service with each scenario. They do schedule out a bit for appointments, but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We have never waited longer than 10 minutes before our appointment to be seen either. If you're looking for a new optician, check them out!”

I’m 59, have very poor vision and astigmatism, and Dr. Shaheen has been able to fit me with monovision contacts that allow me to see my best when playing tennis while also addressing my reading needs.
