We saw Dr. Rudy twice this week due to my 102-year-old mother having a severe bacterial eye infection. We’ve been going to this facility and seen Dr. Rudy several times over the last Several years. We’ve always had nothing but a fantastic experience. He really cares about his patience, and it shows in his willingness to have flexibility with his time and taking his time in the appointment. We really appreciate him. I highly recommend him.
I've been a patient at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons for nearly 35 years. I've always considered it a top notch organization, but over the last few years that has changed. Patient wait times have increased, scheduling has become error prone, customer/billing support has been outsourced overseas, and pricing itemizations and hardware sales strategies have become little more than a money grab. Very disappointing.
I came in to get my glasses adjusted and met with Noah. He was very kind and considerate. He listened to all my concerns and then helped me come to a conclusion on what I needed to do. I ordered another set of glasses. In this day and age when everyone’s so busy, and in such a hurry, it was very refreshing to have a young person take time with me. He was very personable and did not hurry me along. I was treated like a special individual not just another number.
