I have a 170 lb Newfoundland and as you can imagine she’s not easy to work with. She always wants to sit. I couldn’t be happier with their work!! She came back just like asked!! Highly recommend this groomer!!!

We came here on a referal throigh a coworker who is related to the Joslin family. We could not be happier with the services we recieved today for our 8 month old Shihpoo named Canolli. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. I was extremely nervous being a new Dog Mom still and having had a prior poor experience ar another groomer in Toledo. This was 100% everything I had hoped it would be. The staff was so personanable, kind and understanding. I felt the price point was on pare with the area market and reasonable. I absolutely LOOOOVE this place- friendly staff- very clean- they listened to what i wanted for my dog and TOTALLY DELIVERED! I was actually happier than I thought I would be!!! My fur baby Mona loves seeing her groomer Shaq. She practically jumps into his arms when she sees him even though she's a senior dog and does zero jumping at home , she can barely walk! But she practically runs to him! They also gave her the CUTEST bandana and was just adorable. Service was great- staff was wonderful and also very informative. Can't wait to go back!
