“Please read the reviews before you decide to use this school. Nothing but issues with the class dates and them changing them because instructors kept calling off. We showed up for one class to be asked oh you're here for class? It was cancelled, we forgot to call you. Then they ran us to get a class rescheduled. Now we have been waiting for a month to get the driving part done only to be told "You're on the list" with no time frame that we will get finished. Its been very frustrating.Update -They have been communicative and helpful and have reached out to apologize and make things right. I do appreciate their effort in making things right and moving forward with getting schedule. Jamie who reached out was very friendly and willing to help. I do have to add that it shows alot that a business does monitor their reviews and reach out to customers to discuss and make things right“

“Second attempt trying to participate in this company’s remedial course after being turned away for “not having enough people to continue with the class”. Finally sitting in a class of 6 people, we were all strongly instructed to participate and be interactive in the class to help the day go by faster. While the class was asking the instructor to explain one of the lessons that was going to be on the exam (since we were there to fully understand and take away something from the course) a lady (was denied several times to what her name was) who had been extremely full of attitude from the start had rushed out of a side room, and tried to make the whole class leave in a screaming manner. After the whole class was confused and taken by shock - a 41 year old man spoke up, who was there after working a 12 hour overnight shift was demanded to leave. Next, after not saying a word I was then demanded to leave because I “looked like I had an attitude” meanwhile we were being screamed at and I wasn’t saying anything in the first place. Also a man who previously had taken the course came in to have his certificate fixed since it was filled out wrong and couldn’t move further in his DL process with the BMV. The instructor was rude on top of lying to the man about the woman not being there to fix it, on top of him saying it wasn’t their fault - it was his. Flat out lie, she was there and completely not his fault in anyway. I am in complete shock and extremely enraged after this being the second time trying to complete this course. As a mother of two, obviously without a license, this isn’t the easiest task to arrange. Do NOT waste your time on this company for they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen anything like this. Never in my life have I been shouted at and treated with such delusional disrespect. I will be reporting this company further for its disgusting behavior. I hope no one has to experience anything like this in the future.“

I came into this journey extremely determined, but also very overwhelmed due to some personal things going on in my life. There were moments when it felt like a lot—but Ms. Robin never gave up on me. She was there for me in every way possible. She never lost contact with me, always checked in, kept me motivated, and reminded me why I started. Even when things got heavy, she stayed consistent, supportive, and encouraging—and she’s still motivating me to this day. Because of Ms. Robin and the support from 160 Driving Academy, I pushed through when I could’ve quit. If you’re looking for a school that actually cares about you as a person and not just a student, this is it. I’m beyond grateful. 10/10—highly recommend!“
