I always appreciate the patience the staff demonstrates. I imagine they answer a lot of the same questions in a day. I have been going here for almost 2 years and glad I chose this Hospital.
I just recently moved to Ohio and needed to book an appointment ASAP because my puggle had a hot spot that kept spreading. I was told that there was only one doctor, so when I was called and told to reschedule because they had an emergency, I understood and they booked me the following Monday. They were very sweet and gentle with Gohan. The doctor was the first to tell me about his kneecaps. Most vets will tell you that he would need surgery but the doctor did not however. He said he didn't need surgery, not unless he was having trouble. I truly respect him and would recommend him to anyone. He cares for the dogs and clearly cared about the owners too, otherwise he would have said my dog needed surgery and that would have been even more money. Very good. Nice.
Onyx was my first and only dog, and Dr Pifer always guided me through his healthcare needs. Through the years he's been kind, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, GENEROUS etc. His staff is always helpful, and Mike is a true friend to all dogs. Thanks Paul, for being there through Onyx's life, and for being there for him today. And for being there for me. To give onyx the final gift of peace, love, and dignity.
