The staff, tech and Dr. were so friendly, kind, attentive and compassionate. My dog Brooklyn is fearful and anxious and does not trust vets due to her horrendous and traumatizing experience at another vet. But Dr. Pifer was so gentle and kind with her that she immediately felt at ease and it was the best appointment she has ever had. Dr. Pifer is very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was going on with Brooklyn's health. So glad and relieved to have Dr. Pifer as Brooklyn's vet that we even transferred our other dog Callie over to him at the conclusion of Brooklyn's appointment.

WOW!!! ♥️ I was referred by a friend and I'm thankful I chose this veterinarian!!! From the first phone call to the first exam, my dog was treated like family, not like a number. I am so very, VERY thankful that there are still places that treat our fur babies the same way we treat them at home!!! Thank you for being so patient, loving, and answering all questions!!!

I just recently moved to Ohio and needed to book an appointment ASAP because my puggle had a hot spot that kept spreading. I was told that there was only one doctor, so when I was called and told to reschedule because they had an emergency, I understood and they booked me the following Monday. They were very sweet and gentle with Gohan. The doctor was the first to tell me about his kneecaps. Most vets will tell you that he would need surgery but the doctor did not however. He said he didn't need surgery, not unless he was having trouble. I truly respect him and would recommend him to anyone.
