So I am new to Ohio by a couple of months and was looking for a friendly and fun place to get a haircut and man this place was amazing. I had Gretchen and she was so friendly. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing, and I really felt she cared about her work and the customers! Definitely will be coming back and recommending others to do the same! I feel super beautiful and confident with my new hair!

The first time I went was fine but the second time was God awful.I asked for a half half pastel pink + brown combo for colour and an undercut, instead I received a big Karen cut and a 1/4th hot pink dye, then she proceeded to butcher it with the buzzer after I pointed out the slight shave up in the undercut photos I provided, it was a horrid uneven mess that shaved up maybe an inch from my scalp. After I told her to just stop her only response was "its difficult trying new styles"GIRL YOU RUINED MY HAIR!! I had to hide it with a hat to cover up the shameful job you did!Worst part is even when I started to visibly cry after telling her this was NOT what i wanted, she STILL charged my mom nearly $300. I'm lucky I didn't have to pay for that butchering.I went to ulta beauty to fix it and they said they fix colourful hair dye and cuts by this business ALL THE TIME.So, Unless you want something classy for girls, don't go here. I however will never be returning.
