Damon and his crew did a great job on my roof replacement. I’m really happy with ‘everything’ from the look of the new roof to the cleanup effort. I was a little worried about my pool being just 7 feet from the back of the garage, but they covered it up with a large tarp and I had zero issues. I also loved the fact that they took the time to remedy vents on the roof that were incorrectly shingled over during the previous roof replacement. On top of that you get a great warranty. All this and I found Newman to be comparable to the other companies that provided me with a quote for Class 4 shingles. All in all, I’m very happy that I chose Newman.
First, Tim Newman, the owner, is a first rate person who has gained my confidence. I have used Newman Roofing 3 times over the past 27 years. In 1999 they replaced the original roof that was 19 years old. Builder grade shingles that needed replacement. Someone suggested Newman. Newman's workmanship, quality and attention to detail was fantastic. 5 years later our home was pelted by a hailstorm. Roofers were at my door. Some from out of state. I called my Insurance company and they sent out an inspector. I called Newman and they did an excellent job again. Fast forward 22 years and our roof was damaged again by hail. Very professional. Kept us informed throughout the days leading up to the job date, during the job, and after completion. Everything was explained up front. We are pleased with Newman Roofing.
