The customer service is truly top-notch. We stopped by twice in one day, and the third time we called ahead because we knew we’d be pulling in just a few minutes before closing for a brush dump and one last yard of mulch. They not only waited for us, but greeted us with a smile and helped us out without hesitation.

“I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge. They apologized and spoke highly of this other company in regards to our needing a little cheaper price tag.
