“I took in a A-line with train wedding gown to be cleaned. It was a used gown and in excellent condition. However I did not know how dull it was until this cleaner did their magic. It was hard to believe it was the same gown. The wedding gown is now pure white and more beautiful than ever. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. I highly recommend them and they had it cleaned under 4 days.“

“I've used this location twice and the service is very good. Both people behind the counter were polite, friendly, and quick. Prices are reasonable too I do medium starch on our shirts and they have been perfect both times. I also have had a few spots on a couple of garments all of which were removed. Good available parking too! Overall a good experience and I would recommend due to service and location.“

“If I could give six stars I would! I came in to the area early on a Tuesday. I dropped off two suits and a dress shirt. The attendant told me I could pick up Friday before 3p. I asked if she could do anything better than that. She said, Thursday before 3p. I asked for Thursday before noon because I was leaving the area by then. After my own admission of failure in foresight on my part, without any hesitation she said I would be notified THE NEXT DAY of my suits completed accompanied with a warm smile. As Wednesday went on, I waited for a text to inform me my order was ready. Instead I got a phone call. It was from James. He told me that he was informed I was traveling and was leaving the Columbus area Thursday. He asked which hotel I was staying at to personally deliver my suits. I initially said I could just stop by the store first thing in the morning before leaving and he said that would be fine, but he was also more than willing to drop it off to the front desk of my hotel. At this point in the day, it was evening and the store was closed. That kind of customer service for someone whom they know isn't a regular customer, nor a guarantee that I will be coming through the area any time soon or at all, is phenomenal. I just wanted to personally thank the team at Swan Cleaners for going far beyond expectations. The suits were in perfect condition and the shirt was pressed like new. Again, a thank you to the team and a strong recommendation to others.“

“My wife and I flew up to Ohio for her brother‘s wedding and Mimi‘s really helped us with pressing all of our wedding attire with same-day service. We had to drop it off early in the morning but they had it back to us by 6 PM. We couldn’t have asked for better service!“
“Laundry was clean and social distancing and masks are used. They were installing some new washers when we were there. Owner was very pleasant and engaged. It was a little noisy, but that was to be expected when installing new equipment.“

“Nice lil spot to do your laundry. I’m from out of town and it’s convenient if your staying in the camp ground. Says that their not open on Sundays but their posted sign says they are just incase someone is wondering ?“
