“the cleaning is good quality but some of the prices were a little high. when i called about how quick they could get my familys clothes cleaned, the woman on the phone said two days. so we dropped them off and didn't realize she told us wrong until after. nobody was there when we went back in, so we called again. a man answered the other number and we told him what happened.
Dillon took time out of his weekend to help get our clothes in time for our wedding the next day. nobody works the weekend here and he was so polite and professional with us. i'm so grateful without him we wouldn't have had our outfits to wear.
everything was okay in the end and our clothes looked very good. i would give 5 stars except for the woman at the beginning. but it's hard to find customer service like Dillon has. he's the reason i'll be coming back here for my dry cleaning. : )”
