“Where to even start! From the get go, this was an easy and personable experience! I was recently a maid of honor in my friend’s wedding and reach out to roots through a family friend to inquire about packages. Bianca was amazingly friendly and personable as well as professional. She set us up with a hair stylist, Angie, for the bride to start getting extensions for the wedding, got us on the books for her wedding date and even gave us some recommendations for other services we inquired about that they didn’t offer, such as lash extensions! From there, they gave us a super organized contract, and were super flexible on group totals until we had a set count for hair and makeup. They were easy to get ahold of, and always helpful in their responses. They made a timeline that flowed perfectly, and showed flexibility when needed. They were great at keeping us on track and listening to our requests. They gave good insight when we weren’t sure and made sure everyone looked their absolute best. Their prices were very affordable and comparable to others in the valley, BUT their services were truly UNMATCHED. I’ve been in a lot of weddings (like literally 7), and I can say this full heartedly— this was the BEST prep service I’ve experienced. The bride was STUNNING and honestly, so we’re all of us in the bridal party. They made sure each gal had some extra powder for a touch up here and there, and got a little swag bag for bridal touch ups as well. And of course, there’s something to be said about how much they cared about our lives since starting this professional relationship a year ago. Not only that, but they were able to keep conversations going with us to help ease the tensions and stress that come with a wedding day. I can’t recommend these gals enough. Bianca, Angie and Ashley did an amazing job and for any brides out there, you can’t go wrong with choosing Roots. They will be able to make your special day even better, and make you look good while they do it ???‍♀️“

“The prices are not displayed which I did not like. You pay what they tell you. I ended up paying $30 plus tip for a wash and blowdry. I think that's a negative for a walk-in service that you have to take the next stylist that's available. And I don't get conditioning.“

The receptionist still finds the time to be warm, inviting, and very kind to everyone. She's also very efficient and it wasn't long before I was seated, that I appreciate.
I had Lindsay as my hairdresser (honest opinion ?) and because she was great at her job (fast) and very friendly ...the time flew by and I had the BEST Time! ? This is a wonderful salon.“

“Sue's my stylist now. I had a different lady when I first started going there. I was made to feel at home before & after a brief break (Covid) I was welcomed back with open arms. One day I went to get my hair cut & Sue greeted me at the door & said my stylist had left. Since then Sue & I have become more then just stylist & customer we become good friends. All the other beautians (?) greet me when I arrive & even look out for my ride. I would highly recommend Hairstyling Concepts to anyone just make sure to make an appointment cause they can get really busy.“
