Where to even start! From the get go, this was an easy and personable experience! I was recently a maid of honor in my friend’s wedding and reach out to roots through a family friend to inquire about packages. Bianca was amazingly friendly and personable as well as professional. She set us up with a hair stylist, Angie, for the bride to start getting extensions for the wedding, got us on the books for her wedding date and even gave us some recommendations for other services we inquired about that they didn’t offer, such as lash extensions! My daughter and I had AN INCREDIBLE experience with Cassidy today. She is BEYOND AMAZING and an absolute miracle worker!! She was SO EXTREMELY patient with my 6 year old and her hair was a mess, but she was SO understanding, took the time caring for her hair, and my daughter gave her a hug before we left.
