This business has obvious experience and knowledge of every aspect needed in the inspection process. They will advocate for you when needed and also provide reassurance in the areas that are of benefit to you as the home buyer.
They are very thorough and honest. He treated me like his own daughter, he explained what was wrong with the home we were inspecting and approximately how much repairs would be if I went that route.
Chris was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I could not recommend enough. He took the time to explain things and and made us feel comfortable all along the way. We had absolutely no doubt that we were in good hands and feel lucky that we had him on our side.
