“Called one time. Explained my dishwasher dilema. Set the appointment. Tech called before he came. showed up on time. Actually about ten minutes early. Assessed the problem, fixed it and was ready to leave within a half hour. Man was polite, knowledgeable, kind and even laughed at my jokes. What a great company. Everyone else would have to order it in. It’s hard to find OEM parts for my 25 year old “tank”, but they just don’t build them like that anymore, so as long as I can keep piecing it together….
