Everything is right with J & B. I called Thanksgiving weekend about service on my washer and left a message. I received a call back Monday at 8 a.m. Rick came out Wednesday on time at 8 a.m. I had received a text the night before confirming the appointment, and a text that morning that the tech was on his way. I like that! Rick diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts, and I paid the service fee by check. Following the same procedure, he and Mike arrived at 8 a.m. the next Monday and installed the parts. Then they checked the circuit board. Nothing. I was able to easily schedule an appointment to look at my washer, but, after the visit, thought that the problem hadn't been well diagnosed (this was partial due to the fact that I supplied them with the wrong model number when I scheduled the appointment). I emailed the owner, who promptly sent out another team to look at my washer again. I am very pleased with the professional and prompt response. I would recommend this vendor.
