After waiting for for another “recommended” repairman to get back to me for over a week to fix my washer that wasn’t spinning and draining, I found Ace Washer & Appliance Services on Google. Scott answered on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening I was doing laundry again. I hope all my appliances stay healthy for a long time, but if they need fixing, I’ll know who to call.Service: Washing machine repair

I called on a Monday afternoon regarding my washer that was not draining. Scott said he would be able to come on Wednesday or Thursday, he would call Tuesday night to advise., He came Wednesday morning, earlier than he had stated, He was able to diagnose the problem and had the right part. However, he found another problem, he didn't have the part with him. He said he would let me know when he could work me back into the schedule. He was here this morning, he was nice and prompt, my washer is fixed. Prices were reasonable. 5 stars to Scott. Thank you

Scott always talks to you about the problem on the phone and offers potential solutions before deciding whether he should make a visit. Once you decide you need his services, then he is prompt about returning calls and very communicative about his arrival time. On site, he is knowledgeable and explains/shows you exactly what is going wrong with your appliance and then fixes it!
