As their name implies from Brittany the Office Manager, to Alex the Owner to Sam Allison the Service Technician they are 100% Honest, Kind, Very Considerate and Very Professional. Sam tested and diagnosed accurately the problem with my Water Heater very quickly. Sam was Great. Alex ordered the parts with no upselling but with 100% Honest Repair and Accurate Prices. After calling a dozen companies, with astronomical estimates, I finally called the owner of Honest Fix...what i found on the other end of my phone was a very Kind, honest and caring human being! He asked the right questions and gave me hope for a good, honest, fix for my whole house air conditioning unit! At a reasonable price!!! Scheduled me ASAP, not the week or weeks told by other companies. When Sam Allison arrived, on time and instantly went to work...my husband and I sat in amazement... everything he did or planned he discussed with us several times during his visit..a true expert!!!
