Had new high-efficiency heat pump & water heater installed. Alex & his team are real pros, explained everything ahead of time, presented me with options, showed up (and finished) exactly as scheduled, and followed up. No surprises! Sam was great. He called to let me know when he was arriving, was punctual and looked very professional. I needed a tune up on my AC. He checked everything, cleaned the coils and found a capacitor that was getting weak. I was informed all the way with every step he was taking and I didn't feel pressured to have any parts changed, but I did get the capacitor replaced to prevent future problems. In 1 hour my AC was running back in tip top shape. I highly recommend and they now have a new customer for life. Great job Sam!
