I called to get a new heat pump and instead the rep told us the furnace just needed maintenance. He said he could have someone out in 30minutes. This was at 2pm. After a phone call from the office, Bill came out and got right to work. After getting a ton of gunk and water out, my furnace is like new. Instead of just getting me to buy something I didn't need, I made a cheap repair and have heat again. Honest businesses are rare. Heat stopped working last night. Called them first thing in the morning, and they were able to get out by the early afternoon. Bruce's diagnostic skills were quick and efficient. I recently had an outstanding experience with Donvernon and its replacement of my 25+ year-old A/C system. I was provided with an initial evaluation appointment within a few days of contacting the company via email and I received a quote a few days later. I signed the contract a few days later and the install occurred the next day. The two technicians arrived well-prepared, went straight to work and promptly installed the new unit. They were competent, honest and friendly.
