Dr. Dunne, an experienced and caring doctor, takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. The welcoming office atmosphere and staff's great sense of humor make for a pleasant experience. Despite occasional wait times, customers appreciate the personalized attention and care received at America's Best. The assistant manager and Kailey at the America's Best in Springfield, OH are described as absolutely great, exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They made a tough appointment a blast for one customer and their husband. Kailey worked hard to make the experience special, being attentive and going above and beyond to care for the customer. The whole staff was welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The manager Michael also helped give his opinions on the styles of frames, making it the best eye exam experience ever for one customer. Another customer was initially leary about the zoom exam with the doctor, but found that the tech Micah did a great job examining their vision, and the doctor had what she needed. The staff was friendly, and the service was great, leading the customer to recommend the Eye Mart Vision to other people.
Kailey and Amber were so attentive and helpful when I needed to get a new pair of glasses.I appreciate their expertise and willingness to help me choose the right pair of glasses. They did not make me feel rushed and I truly appreciate that and I will keep going back.
My son and I had a great experience here! Not only were these ladies very nice and professional, they were also very understanding! Kailey and Stephanie helped us out today and they were great. We will be back!
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the receptionist giving me incorrect information. I stopped in to make my appointment and was told if you buy a second pair they would be 40% off. I told her that I could get a pair of safety glasses for working in my shop and she got out the safety frames for me to look at. I came back for my appointment the receptionist said she had left out the safety frames for me to look at. I went through the process of getting my eye exam. And the to order my glasses then I was told safety glasses couldn't be discounted!
