The plugged main line reared its ugly head at 1 AM, sewage pouring into the basement. By 10:30 AM the same day, Rob was onsite, tools in hand, ready to help us recover our holiday weekend. Not only was he one of the few professionals willing and able to come out first thing on a Sunday morning (on a holiday weekend no less), he delivered unbelievable value and quality with the work he did. In less than 24 hours, we are back on our feet with a fully flowing septic system, and a brand newly installed external clean out. Overall a great guy to work with, and I highly recommended him. I had an aging sump pump and very old and broken outside drain tile. Called Rob and I explained my situation and he promptly came out and evaluated my problem. He came back with an itemized proposal that was clear to understand on paper and e mail. The job was professionally done and completed in very short time.
