We had called Bruce out to fix 3 leaky shut-off valves and get an estimate for a couple other things we needed to do in the house we just purchased and are renovating. He came out to do the estimate on a Monday, was late, provided an estimate and said he would be out in two days to complete the work. He was about 30 minutes late again on the Wednesday that work was to be completed, then realized he forgot something and had to leave again shortly after and ultimately didn’t begin work until 1hr+ after appointment time. My home warrenty company dispatched B&j plumbing twice to my house. Each time they were prompt, professional and informative. They did their best to work with my schedule so I didn't have to miss an entire day of work. I'm deeply impressed with the communication and scheduling and the professionalism of B&Js employees.
