He was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! Brian was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, kind, empathetic, lovable, above and beyond..........I cannot come up with enough kind words to say. God knew exactly who we needed to be sent to us at that moment!!!!!
Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service. He let my husband watch what he was doing and explained as he went along. He came in a very reasonable amount of time when we had no heat and were so very grateful!
Brandon was very prompt and explained all the details of his visit. He took pictures of all the equipment and answered my questions and also gave us some option to improve our system. Not part of the service however he noticed the water heater showing some signs of expiration. We worked with him on a price and will have a new gas water heater installed.
