“Finding a new hair stylist can be quite stressful ... especially if you'd previously been going to the same person for multiple years. Thankfully, when I was placed in this exact situation after my go-to stylist moved on from doing hair, I knew I could turn to Alli at Ritual Collective!Alli did my hair for my wedding in November 2022, and I knew if I could trust her with arguably the most important hair day of my life, then I could definitely trust her with regular cuts and colors.I reached out and booked my appointment two months in advance via text (she lists her number on the website). Her salon is easily accessible in Mason, and even if it's a bit of a drive for me from NKY, I'm firmly of the belief that good hair is worth driving for. Even though Alli had already styled my hair, I still brought a photo of the color I was looking for. She asked great questions about the look I was going for, and what I'd been doing with my previous stylist. We ultimately decided to do a partial balayage and root touch-up with toner, along with a haircut. The entire appointment took a little less than three hours, which is pretty standard for the services I received. Alli is truly a delight to work with, and such a master at what she does. I left feeling refreshed and fabulous - which is exactly what you want after a day at the salon.“

“The hairdressers were friendly and semi-informative of hair donation places. To donate here, you need 12in of natural/virgin hair. Otherwise, they can cut it for you to keep, and you can try to find a place to donationate to. I was probably just shy of 10in, so I just got a normal cut by Rachel. I actually asked her to go a bit shorter than the first cut (so she knew to error on the side of caution as it was a significant change). It was a rainy and chill midday Friday, and the place was practically empty. Haircut cost me $18+ tip.“
