I walked in with a very botched haircut from a different service. I honestly was not sure what needed to be done to make it right. I don’t know much at all about cutting hair, but even I knew my botched haircut was a daunting task. Jenna was my stylist who listened intently and understood the tough task. After navigating through it together, the result was a tremendous effort on Jenna’s part and a haircut that I was looking for. She did an amazing job. Thank you!
I had Elizabeth at the South Lebanon location. She did a wonderful job washing and trimming my hair she always makes the experience overall relaxing. Is also able to flow with conversation very well. She is so sweet and very Good at listening!! Always recommend her to everyone. I have been going to her forever!!
This type of facility is aimed towards men, with sports playing on the TVs and the extra creature comforts for a guy to relax with an outlier if paid for an added neck and scalp massages are done here. Of course, no sports clips goes without having a broken chair in the wash hair room which is almost guaranteed. Maybe the same company that makes the McDonald’s ice cream made their chairs I don’t know. That still doesn’t take away from the service, which is well worth it, and enjoy.
