Absolute rip-off! Arrived 2.5 hrs LATE to a job where I needed a vacant home cleaned to prepare for listing pictures with a photographer. Angelica informed me on our pre-booking call the rate would be $400 for the house and job I described with a 3 person crew and that they didn't accept credit card because she had a "bad experience" in the past. Electronic zelle cash it was. I later realized her service and quality being disputed by the credit card company had to be a real deterrent to her bait and switch sales tactics and poor customer service. Stay away from this shady company/owner! I had them clean my house earlier this year and they did an absolutely terrible job. Charged me $275 and only her one worker showed up without hardly anything to clean with. I supplied him with everything he needed and he was done in 1hr 45 mins! It was Terrible! I had to go through and take 4 hours to clean everything good myself since it was supposed to be a deep clean because I was moving. I complained about it to her and she offered for the guy to come back but at that point I was over it and they were shady so I didn't want to deal with them anymore. This owner is dealing with mental illness… Please be careful dealing with this company… She has been reported several times… Please read the comments… All true…. Not dealing with a full deck…
