It's always a pleasure to have Mike service our home. Much like everyone we've had from Bug Buster, he is always friendly, courteous, and informative, and he doesn't hesitate to take and answer questions. He routinely wears shoe covers when in the home, removes them if he enters an-unconditioned space like the attic so as to not track dust and dirt from back out of those spaces, and puts them back on when returning to the interior of the home proper. Mike came to our house to spray for bugs today. When I greeted him, he was so pleasant and kind, and told me particulars about the bug spray he was going to do. I was grateful for that, because he told me that my windows may have some residue because of the spray. Mike was very easy to talk. You have a great representative of your company with Mike.
