“The perfect choice for my kitchen renovation.
I contacted them back in December of last year about renovating my 1960s kitchen to make it more functional and to increase storage. Meredith, the designer I worked with, was incredibly kind, competent and professional. She was always respectful of my time, as I do work, and responsive to my inquiries. With her help I was able to select a floor plan from the options she presented and make all my material selections in one day! Work began in the middle of April with a full gut and was completed the beginning of August. Every trades person was professional and cleaned up after themselves. There was good communication with the contractor, trades people, Meredith and myself so I knew who would be coming that day and what they wanted to accomplish. She even assisted me in finding siding that matched my house even though my house color is old. There were a few set backs, as there always is in renovations, but nothing that wasn't solved with a calls and adjustments.
Overall this was a great experience. Meredith was wonderful and I appreciate her and contractor's eye for detail and for making amendments to make my kitchen as functional as possible. 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5 for me!“

“Laura and her team at KAS Interiors are top notch and very 5 star worthy. We just had them renovate our kitchen. You can not ask for a better company who take their time to walk you through every possible direction you can go. Great ideas presented in several renditions, very patient when you can't make up your mind, and keep you on track to get the job done. They even take you shopping to pick out cabinets, counter tops, tile, floring, lighting, appliances, paint, and more. They worked well with all of the contractors, both ours and their own.
It was a pleasure to have a goto company when you have questions... many questions! They did such a nice job with us, my parents had them do a historic restoration project on their 100 year old kitchen. Made it more functional for mom to use efficiently. Added a pantry, allowed for a better work flow and made everything accessible. My mom loves the great easy to open drawers as the historic draws did not slide and were sometimes stuck closed! I am impressed with all of the lighting. it looks amazing, super bright! They even moved the laundry room up from the downstairs cellar and that puts my mind at ease for my parents won't have to navigate the steep steps anymore.“

“We are currently doing a bedroom and bathroom remodeling project. We reached out to Studio 76 for direction. Chip was extremely helpful with advice on door and cabinet selection. Jonathan assisted with our shower and glass door layout. It was a difficult project due to sloped ceilings and we wouldn’t have the amazing layout if not for their help. “We completed a full home renovation with Perrino, and we could not be happier that we chose Perrino for the project. Every step in the renovation process was enjoyable and went smoothly.

From our initial meetings with our designer, Chelsea Fowler, we knew we chose the right team to transform our home. Chelsea listened to and communicated well with us at all times. In the end, she transformed our ideas into a complete design that was better than we could have ever imagined. She made sure her design met the needs of our family, as well as our budget, while giving us the style and function we were looking for in every room of our home. She was a wizard and a true star of this renovation!

Our project manager, Joe Burdick, made sure each step in the renovation went smoothly. Honestly, there was not a single hiccup or surprise the whole time. Every step was communicated clearly, and we were constantly updated on the project's progress and timeline. Joe visited the home each time there was work being done to meet with us and with the trades. It went so well that the project finished 2 months ahead of schedule, and the only punch list item was a single backordered light fixture. This could not have happened without Joe's communication, organization, and attention to detail.

The trades Perrino uses are equally impressive. From carpenters to painters and plumbers to electricians, each person that stepped foot in our home treated the space with respect and did impeccable work. They are all truly masters at their respective crafts. Their trim carpenters in particular are amazing. Additionally, the other Perrino team members including Tony, Wendy, and others we interacted with were always plesant and helpful.

I am sure we are not the most expensive or complex project Perrino has completed, but we felt like we were every time we interacted with someone for this renovation. We were treated so well, I can't imagine they treat anyone any differently whether you're renovating one room or building a $5M custom home. And, honestly, I would not hesitate to entrust Perrino with any project along that spectrum. Whether we renovate a home in the future, or choose to build, we will only use Perrino and we will be excited to do so.“
