Lost Pond Construction - Mentor Remodeling Company
“I highly recommend Lost Pond Construction for any basement finishing project. From the initial design phase through to the final sign-off, Jeff, Lisa, and the rest of the team were professional, communicative, and attentive to detail.
Lisa was fantastic during the design phase, helping us maximize the space and truly bringing our vision to life. When unexpected challenges arose during construction—such as needing to relocate gas and water lines for a soffit—Jeff handled the situation with complete transparency and fairness, presenting clear options rather than just pushing ahead. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our specific design preferences, like matching the quarter-round molding to the rest of the house and ensuring the lighting was exactly the color temperature we wanted.
The quality of the work is outstanding, and the entire process felt collaborative. We couldn't be happier with our newly finished basement!”
