“Always there to answer questions. As a realtor we are required to take 30 hours of continuing education every 3 years, renewed on our birthday. Procrastinators like myself, always wait to the last minute of course. Long story short I was able to get a copy of some continuing education hours and turn in my 30 hours on time. Thank you Cincinnati area board of Realtors!!”
“Great experience with Oyler Hines of Coldwell Banker. Agent Brice Allen went beyond and above. The staff was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.”
“My husband and I used Matthew Trelc as our realtor. He's a part of Eric's team in NKY. He was stellar. We were very impressed with his depth of knowledge about the market and how well he understood our needs. We sold our house for a great profit at the exact right time thanks to his expertise and guidance. He was kind, professional, and very personable. We had a bit of a unique situation and needed a specific kind of house and we struggled to find a new one that would work for us. Matthew recommended that we should build. He set meetings with three large builders and when we sat down and talked it out we were quickly able to tell that this was the right path for us. We're incredibly grateful he suggested this path and our new house will be ready in less time than originally quoted, at a better price than what was on the market, and will suit our needs exactly. We've recommended him to many family and friends and they've been equally as impressed. Thank you Matthew!”
