We cannot express our gratitude to Alec! We were selling my mother in laws home through probate. Extremely knowledgeable in real estate and kept us updated throughout the entire process. First time buying a home can be nerve racking and tedious. Especially not knowing what can come about going through the process. Going into it, I told Alec Richardson, Realtor - EXP Realty that my wife and I didn’t quite know what steps to take to get the ball rolling and that we were new in the market with little knowledge on what to do.
