Eric and his team are simply fantastic! From our initial call, first visit down to NKY, to the closing of our new home, the Sztanyo team was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I were weary at first purchasing a home out of state, but the degree of comfort, support and knowledge he provided alleviated all our concerns. Eric is a family-oriented man who is soo warm, courteous, and genuine, that when it came time to choosing a realtor, it was a no-brainer. Eric was nice to work with we didn't see him till the end of our home process but got to meet him once in person. Only thing I felt a little down about was the old home we sold we loss money on and closing on old home we had no one present with us at closing. The new home we closed on Eric had his assistant come with us and that was nice and worked out great overall Eric does good job of answering questions you might have.
Wonderful experience with Team Sztanyo from start to close! Their team supported the entire process, made sure we stuck to important timelines, answered our many, many questions in a timely manner, and they did a fantastic job with negotiations! Importantly, the team didn't pressure us into making an offer on homes that weren't right for us or that would have stretched us financially, and they kept our best interest in mind. I'm happy to recommend this team for their communication, availability, experience, attitude, and overall professionalism!
