Barbers look at you weird & don’t speak not a good vibe - I only deal with Tony @ his other location yeah I said it….grown man I spend my $$$ where I’m valued..

My wife sent me here for a spa day 😍 I got the total full service started with a massage next manicure then on to the pedicure...I left there on cloud 9...real talk

Great experience at The Gentlemen’s Cave Luxury Barber Lounge. Jeremy did an excellent job on my fade—clean, sharp, and exactly what I wanted. Professional service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back.

I visited the Gentleman’s Cave for the third and final time. I initially chose this establishment because they offer the convenience of online appointment scheduling and payment. My first experience there was great; Myia started my appointment on time and provided excellent, professional service. I even booked a second appointment with her.
However, when I arrived for my second appointment, I found someone else in my barber's chair. No one had informed me that I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes for the previous client to finish, and I wasn't approached by anyone. After finally getting into the chair, I learned that the previous client had requested an extra service. It seemed to me that they were double-booked, as it was clear they had just started on that client.
During my visit today, I walked in and didn’t see Myia at all. The woman at the reception desk asked me to wait, and after about 10 minutes, I was informed that the shop had tried to contact me to let me know that Myia had a family emergency and would not be available. I was then told that another barber would be taking over my service. I understood the situation, as long as the new barber could start on time since I had another appointment to make. The receptionist checked with the barber and said he looked like he was finishing up. I waited another 10 minutes.
While waiting, I came across several negative reviews about Gentleman’s Cave. Many clients complained about double-booking and a lack of respect for their time. I realized I had been misled by the attractive pictures on their website into thinking that Gentleman’s Cave was a professionally run establishment. While the barbers may be skilled, the management seems either greedy, incompetent, or perhaps both. At this point, I had been delayed two times out of three visits. There will not be a fourth.
I decided to leave and called the reception desk from my car. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic but not particularly helpful. Her apology felt rehearsed and insincere. I kindly informed her that I had to cancel my appointment because I needed to make it to another commitment. The barber still had not begun my service, and if he had, I would have been late for my next appointment. I scheduled my appointments with plenty of time in between. All they had to do was start on time.
I requested a partial refund of my $32, but I was told that I had forfeited the full amount. The receptionist offered to schedule me with another barber but did not apply the payment I had already made toward the new appointment. In the end, I felt taken advantage of.
While the place looks great and has a nice vibe, this is not a place to patronize if you expect an appointment that starts on time.
