“Staff was always friendly, and worked with my schedule. The plumber was kind enough to complete the work in a timely fashion and give explanation for what is needed and how best to accomplish it efficiently and affordably. Kucera was recommended by a friend and now I will do the same.”
“My experience has been a good one, thus far. The five-star review is worthy, just because they answered their phone, made an appointment for the next day, and they showed up and completed the job when they were supposed to. Bree showed up as my tech , and I could not have been happier with her. The world needs more Bree's in it. She went above and beyond, personable and trustworthy, AND most of all, fixed my issue in a little over an hour. Super satisfied with my experience, and give that girl a raise, she just got you a repeat customer.”
“Highly recommend! I found a water pipe leaking in my basement around 7am, called at 8am, and had a tech arrive at 10am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested rerouting the pipe instead of just repairing. George did an excellent job, and had everything fixed within a few hours. The bill was reasonable. I would definitely use them again”
