Wonderful studio, owner, and yoga class! I was in town for a family reunion with lots of littles and found myself in need of a respite and True Nature was just perfect. Valerie's presence and morning yoga flow were calming and centering, and the space is thoughtfully designed. I didn't have my mat, but you could borrow that and any other prop you can think of to get the most out of your practice. The next time I'm in Sandusky, I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I had a great yoga experience at true nature yoga. Instructors were knowledgeable and the studio was inviting and very calming. The instructor did a great job including everyone at their own pace. Would recommend to anyone to experience a calm, relaxed and inviting space for yoga.
