The technician came a little early which was great. He listened to the problems I was having, then looked at the 2 toilets and gave me the cost. He went out to get some supplies and went right to work. He was efficient and very nice. I also got a quote for an issue with the basement toilet. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend. I did have to call him back for a drip but he came back within a few hours and took care of it.

I will always use Roto-Rooter. My work was scheduled quickly. The work was finished without a problem. The plumber explained everything to our satisfaction. He was also very careful while carrying tools through the house. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter every time.
Ben is the best. Very professional and courteous, explained everything I needed to know about my water heater, and how to maintain it for years to come. Very satisfied and will recommend.
