Called to set appointment for my clogged kitchen sink and they were here within an hour. Pleasant and thoughtful about my floors. Wore booties. I like the charge for the job not by the hour was able to tell me price before starting.
Ben did an excellent job of replacing my kitchen faucet and drain pipe. I originally thought that a $200 faucet, which I bought, should cost around $200 to install, barring any issues, which there were not. Well, the total was $403 for installation. He was here 2.5 hours and did supply the pvc drain pipe. Also gave me a $25 discount. So just like everything else, prices are outrageous in my opinion. But, well done Ben, so far so good.
Tom was very friendly, efficient and even had a sense of humor about going into the crawl space. "Big guy in a little coat scenario!"
