I called just for a simple carpet cleaning, and holy cow!!! I wasn't expecting results like this, Chris did such a great job. There were a few high traffic areas where the carpets were pretty matted down, and that machine he used brought life back into my carpets!
Chris was also very kind and personable, he explained what he was doing and why, he was explaining the things he was looking for to make sure the drying process goes well and the carpets dry perfectly. It was really nice chatting with him, and it was a very pleasant experience.
He also explained that they do upholstery cleaning too which I didn't know, and that's a service I'll be getting in the future.
Restore Pro came to my rescue!! I didn't tighten a filter cap on my 2nd floor washing machine and caused a huge flood that went through the ceiling to the first floor. I called Restore Pro and Kennedy took care of everything!! This included coordinating mitigation, remediation, restoration and exchanging info with the insurance company. I wish I could give a 100 star review. Hunter and Chad were phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!
