I wish I could give more then 5 stars!! David is a wonderful and caring person. Every step of the way he was helping us get through the most difficult time in our lives. You can absolutely tell the care they put in with the family member my father Jim looked wonderful just like himself. If you are looking for someone to treat you and your loved one like family then choose David. Koch Funeral Home!
HONESTY. Mr. D Koch, I'm thankful for such complete HONESTY. I.E. industry standard, standards concerning infants, attention to detail, transportation, science, etc. (Currently/Historically many of our family experience lies by omission from another local/privately held home.) I choose truth.
My sister moved to Ohio and passed away shortly thereafter. I am not from this area, but was directed to this funeral home as one of many suggestions from the hospital. I was not in the mood to "shop" and I am so glad I made that decision. Mr. Koch and his daughter were so helpful and so wonderful. It is as if they knew exactly what we needed. The situation of grief is never easy, but these fine people made it exactly that. They gave me such peace of mind knowing that they would take care of my sister.
