First and foremost Joy Berquist is an amazing realtor. She helped my wife and I buy our house in Sandusky twenty years ago and I didn't hesitate to reach out to her recently when it was time to find someone help sell my parents house. I was pleased with the advice she provided and I really liked how she helped us come up with a fair way to quickly allow multiple bids on the property. She took the time to meet with us multiple times including to review all the offers. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. We ended up selling the home for much more than we listed it for and I think all parties were satisfied.I deducted one star from this review...read full review

My realtor was very easy to work with and answered or researched all questions that I had. He maintained contact with me whenever I contacted him or whenever he needed to contact me.

Lyndsay was courteous, efficient and friendly, all qualites I value. She also knows her stuff! She was able to walk us through a process to get the best outcome in a challenging market.She offered ideas and scenarios we might see, but didn't apply unwanted pressure when decision-making was needed.Ms Sosa made selling a home as smooth as we could have hoped!
