I called 3 different times to make an appointment.Each time they wasnt bothered to take 1 minute to make an appointment. They asked for name and phone number but cant take calls when at work , just on my lunch break. Absolutely disappointed.

The care the employees show their customers is like visiting family! They are kind, considerate, and patient! If you want to go somewhere that will treat you like family, then Walmart Eye Center in Salem is the best place to go! They go above and beyond for their customers and appreciate every one who shops there! Their smiles are infectious and welcoming! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Excellent all around! Loved Dr. Steve. He was thoughtful, thorough and kind. He took his time and explained anything I had questions about. I wear glasses and contacts. If your insurance does not pay for contacts, the fitting exam costs $40. My insurance, thankfully, pays for cheap frames and I even got bifocals. Linda helped me out with that part of my appointment and she was so genuine, patient and kind. I highly recommend their services!
