We had three issues that needed attention. Amy was a delight to work with in understanding our needs and scheduling an appointment. Cody arrived on time and quickly attacked the problems. He was respectful, friendly and greatly efficient. He explained everything he did in detail without us having to ask. He was done in a timely manner, careful not to leave a mess, and asked if we had any questions. It was a cold rainy day, but he went up his ladder to replace an outdoor fixture on our second story roof.

Dr. Lorie was friendly, quick and thorough with my eye exam. I picked out my frames that day with the help of a young man (sorry I don't remember his name but he is the office manager. He was so helpful and patient. Today I picked up my glasses and they are perfect. The staff works together as a team, when one is busy another steps in to assist. I like that. I cannot rave enough about Selway!! We’ve had Josh come out twice to clean our heavily used carpets and large sectional couch. We foster cats and have 2 dogs and occasionally need a refresh. Our carpet is 20 years old and he makes it smell and look brand new each time. He is always professional and extremely friendly. We cannot recommend him enough!

Tried one down by me yesterday and ended up walking out and canceling. I was in the area today so I went to the Salem one for the first time. It's out of my way but if I'm up there and I need a haircut again I'm definitely going and asking for Ashley. She was awesome.

Got a membership at this gym the other day. One of the gym regulars and the owner helped me out with how to do an exercise with the cable machine. Nice quiet local gym that cares about their clients unlike corporate gyms like planet fitness. Love it there.

Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they were professional and nice to talk to. We ended up having an older shower facet then what was thought and not only did they replace the facet with a new one, but also left no mess. Plus they enjoyed seeing and interacting with our tortoise! Will definitely call them in the future for all our needs!
