We had three issues that needed attention. Amy was a delight to work with in understanding our needs and scheduling an appointment. Cody arrived on time and quickly attacked the problems. He was respectful, friendly and greatly efficient. He explained everything he did in detail without us having to ask. He was done in a timely manner, careful not to leave a mess, and asked if we had any questions. It was a cold rainy day, but he went up his ladder to replace an outdoor fixture on our second story roof.

Dr. Lorie was friendly, quick and thorough with my eye exam. I picked out my frames that day with the help of a young man (sorry I don't remember his name but he is the office manager. He was so helpful and patient. Today I picked up my glasses and they are perfect. The staff works together as a team, when one is busy another steps in to assist. I like that. Keep up the great work!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from the crew at Warbucks Excavating. I had a smaller job that needed done quickly prior to a fence install. They completed it to specs and ahead of schedule. They were quick to provide an estimate, we got very fast service, and everything was cleaned up when they left. I had 3 other estimates and every other contractor talked to me like my project was a big ordeal. Warbucks did exactly what I needed in a days work. Thank you !

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Morgan, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She did an amazing job with my all-over highlights, cut, and style. From start to finish, Morgan was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The highlights look vibrant and natural, and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for. Tried one down by me yesterday and ended up walking out and canceling. I was in the area today so I went to the Salem one for the first time. It's out of my way but if I'm up there and I need a haircut again I'm definitely going and asking for Ashley. She was awesome.
They had plenty of staff and they all seemed friendly but I got her. Definitely recommended.

Got a membership at this gym the other day. One of the gym regulars and the owner helped me out with how to do an exercise with the cable machine. Nice quiet local gym that cares about their clients unlike corporate gyms like planet fitness. Love it there.

There is not very many words that can describe the service that I had received in previous years . I was under the impression that no matter where I went no one would be able to make my hair the way I wanted it. I had terrible experiences however I was told about this place in Salem Beauty on Broadway and what an amazing staff they’re talented their friendly. I also gave them quite the project to do with my hair. The atmosphere is wonderful.I got everything that I ever wanted in my hair today, but I got a lot more than that. I got myself self esteem back my hair is so gorgeous . I will not go anywhere else other than to this shop , if you’re tired of having terrible experiences and people that don’t know what they’re doing you have to go to Beauty on Broadway. I couldn’t thank my hairdresser enough. I literally was in tears when I left because I was so happy and I felt so beautiful again, thank you ladies you are amazing .

Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they were professional and nice to talk to. We ended up having an older shower facet then what was thought and not only did they replace the facet with a new one, but also left no mess. Plus they enjoyed seeing and interacting with our tortoise! Will definitely call them in the future for all our needs!

We were having issues with are electricity in our bathroom. D R Stratton was awesome!!!! He was here the same day we called and had are issue fixed the same day. Very knowledgeable and gets the job done! I highly recommend!!!!!!
Salem Custom Remodeling did an amazing job on my tub-to-shower conversion. The entire process was smooth, and the finished shower looks fantastic.
