I had a truly exceptional experience during my recent visit. The quality of the nail service was outstanding, and the technician demonstrated remarkable skill and professionalism. The woman and man who did my pedicure were very nice. But the man you did my nails was not, I don’t do a nail day very often and honestly and they were not shaped the way I wanted them because he didn’t ask and just cut them and they were so sharp I had to re file and fix when I got home. The design I asked for was 1 single heart. Which were just whipped on quite fast and do not look good, I also had to fix that so I didn’t look janky and cheap. For a pedi and nails for 123 dollars should have been worth a little more effort. Had good experiences before, but this will more than likely be my last visit.

I had Nancy do my regular manicure. I’ve been trying not to bite my nails so they were all over the place. I told her to do whatever she wanted and she lovingly and I truly mean she spent a lovingly time on my manicure. I had a couple dry spots near my cuticles and she gave me a lotion massage and oiled up my skin around that area. She was so sweet and I learned she loves color so when I come back, as if I didn’t make it clear enough that I would be back, I’m going to let her do whatever she colors she wants to do. They are very fairly priced and they’re all really nice. Nancy, thank you! ❤️
