Been going here for about 2 years ( walk in clinic and primary care) I switched providers in November and was happy with her then went to refill my Rx found out she left the practice with out notice 😔 now I will be going to North Lima mercy Health

I loved my doctor but they moved on and I will be going elsewhere because current employees post on their Facebook about snap benefit users being trash people and that’s just too judgmental from a healthcare worker I won’t be coming back. Hire better people who actually care about patients.

The staff members along with Dr. Sanchez takes very well care of my needs. Reason why I chose my Dr. because of my ethnicity and needed someone that I will feel comfortable with. They follow up with you on a timely manner with your results and make sure that you follow through as well on other issues that need attention .
