I’m always very happy with how I’m treated at Mercy. Megan is amazing, caring and supportive. She always listens to me and provides wonderful medical care. All the staff at Mercy is always kind.

The staff members along with Dr. Sanchez takes very well care of my needs. Reason why I chose my Dr. because of my ethnicity and needed someone that I will feel comfortable with. They follow up with you on a timely manner with your results and make sure that you follow through as well on other issues that need attention .

Getting in to see the doctor was fairly quick and easy. My experience with my doctor was good. He asked many questions and checked to make sure all was well with me. I then went back to the waiting area to wait for blood to be drawn. The instructions on the sign in board was poor so my wait time was terribly long because I had been overlooked.
