Jim stopped over to check on my system and replace my pre-filter. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me information I asked for as well as information I didn’t but definitely appreciated. He even suggested I keep my system when I asked whether or not I should be considering replacing. I appreciate this honesty because that tells me he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. I would definitely recommend them as a company.
Brennan called when he was en route and got here exactly when he said he would. He walked us through the install process before starting on it. We kind of forgot he was here until he was done and called us down to show what work he did and teach us what we needed to know about our new water softener. This guy is so knowledgeable. Also, aside from the new equipment, I never would have known there was a huge install project going on in my basement because there was absolutely no debris left behind.
Brennan is an asset to Gordon Brothers. We are thankful for his help and expertise.
