“We had three issues that needed attention. Amy was a delight to work with in understanding our needs and scheduling an appointment. Cody arrived on time and quickly attacked the problems. He was respectful, friendly and greatly efficient. He explained everything he did in detail without us having to ask. He was done in a timely manner, careful not to leave a mess, and asked if we had any questions. It was a cold rainy day, but he went up his ladder to replace an outdoor fixture on our second story roof.
