I started coming shortly after the fire and they are in a temporary space, but you wouldn’t know it with how organized everything is!! “I am nearing my 71st birthday and had a knee replacement. Today was the start of my 4th week of PT. Jordan and Sarah have been fantastic and they have personalities that makes it a lot less of a chore to complete 45 minutes of rigorous therapy. I am already at zero extension and bending my knee is 115. I do a lot of at home PT, but when I’m at Total Fitness they have me doing things that bring results, that I can't get at home. They deserve the 5 stars I am giving them. Oh, and I like the atmosphere.“
