I think the doctor is an extremely wonderful person. I'm sorry to say that his decision to put a very young lady in charge of answering the phone was definitely a mistake. She didn't say or do anything wrong it was just how Curt and Cold she was towards me even after knowing that I was considering their services to have my dog of 18 years put down to rest. I gave three stars because I've always had good service in the past although I won't be returning.

I have been taking my two dogs to this place for over 10 years. The staff here have outstanding compassion for animals and treat them like their own. I love the Dr's in the way they take time to explain the treatment plans.

I always feel welcomed when I go in there with my four-legged friends. A very nice group of folks. I had to put my old boy Sonny down last March because he had a stroke, He was 15. I tried nursing him back to health but couldn't. They treated me with such respect and passion when I went in there. That was a very very tough day and it still is. I miss you! Sonny!!!!!
