Been going here for a couple years now and every once in a while you run into vets who make it clear they have zero intention of doing anything but the bare minimum of human interaction. The vet we saw made us feel like they did not want to be there. Will most likely be taking our cats to another clinic going forward.

They are amazing. They treat our pets with dignity, compassion, and gentleness. Dr. P is so sweet and kind. Dr. P even called to check on us and Luci after hours. They even sent us a sympathy card in the passing of our dear Luci. They treated her like their own and shown authentic love even to elderly cats like Luci. They have been so helpful with our other cat as well. If I could give them 10 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would.
My favorite vet I've been to for sure! Dr. Hartig is very knowledgeable and works very well with my cats (all of which have their own unique character :) )
I appreciate that she explains things in ways that I can understand, while also talking to me like she may talk to a colleague and not oversimplifying. She will listen to your concerns without interruption or acting like she is too busy.
I also appreciate all the support staff that I have encountered. They are all very nice, welcoming, and helpful.
I take the health of my pets very seriously and I wouldn't want them in any other hands!
