Tony was assigned to us for a First American home warranty claim after our furnace blew a fuse yesterday morning. He was able to make it out the same day by noon, which was fantastic turnaround versus the usual speed that a home warranty claim moves.
Once he arrived, he was able to determine the problem very quickly, which turned out to be a dead shorted furnace gas valve. He contacted one of his local suppliers, and they thankfully had a valve in stock; unfortunately, the home warranty company policy was initially strict about sourcing this part, (understandably) refusing to approve him purchasing it due to it being more expensive and from an unofficial supplier....read full review
Tony was recommended when I called various plumbing companies to fix a leaking shower drain. A few companies recommended changing the entire shower unit at thousands of dollars. Tony was able to fix the problem and we were very happy with the result
The home warranty company had Tony from Ohio Town and Country come out to give a second opinion on completed install of a air handler done by a different company. Main issue was the auxiliary heat would not kick on. Within an hour Tony reinstall my old thermostat that came with the house. Which allowed the auxiliary heat to turn on. The first HAVC company that was out to install the auxiliary heat was there for 5 hours and couldn’t figure it out. Again Tony figure out the issue within an hour. It was determined that the previous HAVC company that came out fried my thermostat when they were trying to get the auxiliary heat to work. Tony then found four more issues....read full review
